Our reservations department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EST.

The reservation process is simple!

• Review the list of destinations provided.
• Read the Terms & Conditions on the reverse side of the Vacation Request form thoroughly to ensure a complete understanding of how the reservation process works.
• Select two destinations and the preferred dates of travel.
• Complete the Vacation Request form and mail or fax it directly to Motivation Advantage, Inc.
